This is a Christian book on recovery from wrong thinking. Many people, Christians included, are living lives of defeat, low self-esteem, anger, and depression. There lives are not going anywhere. Often times, this is due to negative strongholds originating in one's early years. Negative strongholds are destructive habits, attitudes, or mindsets that have a grip on people, and have become so much a part of their subconscious character that they hold people back in defeat and mediocrity. That makes it impossible for them to live a life of victory and purpose.. This book tells how to reverse this thinking by literally reprogramming your mind to think God's way, taking "every thought captive to the obedience of Christ," and "being transformed by the renewing of your mind." The book begins by telling how the author's life led up to anger, low self-esteem, and depression, even while he was involved in church music ministry. It then goes into the process of how he came out of it, and ends by encouraging Christians to develop their potential as a person. The book concludes by sharing from the author's own life, what is necessary to become a victorious and fruitful child of God.
